Sidestack provides tools for Substack publishers, including Discord integration for subscriber-gated communities, digital product sales via buy buttons, and other integrations with messaging platforms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Certain features of Sidestack require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Sidestack integrates with third-party services including Discord, Stripe, Substack, and various messaging platforms. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may also close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sidestack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
