Sidestack provides tools for Substack publishers, including Discord integration for subscriber-gated communities, digital product sales via buy buttons, and other integrations with messaging platforms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

The service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Sidestack and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the service. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to use your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Third-Party Services

Sidestack integrates with third-party services including Discord, Stripe, Substack, and various messaging platforms. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability or practices of third-party services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may also close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sidestack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
